We have our LLC set up and close on our first rental property tomorrow.Looking to establish a relationship with a smaller bank to be able to do portfolio lending (or creative commercial financing) in 2-5 years based on building a portfolio of high cash-flowing rental properties.Who do you use for your LLC checking account, and how has your experience been?

If you were to have a sheriff sale against your personal property due to a dispute with a creditor, is there a way to stop or postpone the sheriff sale to either set up payment plan or dispute the claim?

As far as screening tenants, I set a standard for military and first responders to receive incentives by signing a lease.

Just wondering if anybody can help with the advice of whether I would first have to set up the LLCs or just start out by buying on my own name?

A lot of our rehab clients set up construction management companies and run the draw deposits through their business account and then leverage the cash flow of the draws to get the additional business line of credit to use as gap money.
