Go to your county's legal web site and read up on what a tenant has the right to do when being evicted; it's good insight into what a landlord can expect, and prepare for in court.

Globally I doubt how many countries still use so slow train and to block the main traffic few times day.

But they used to be the ones to bring in all the traffic because a lot more people shopped there.Now you have the big box retailers that are stand alone or strip mall tenants that are pulling the traffic away from those malls.

I really despise using services like zillow which take the money you spend with them and then continue to advance there web development projects to keep the REAL Local agents from ranking online.
