Most investors won't move, if you're one that does, there will be agents that will be their worth in gold.

You get what you pay for and often a good agent will make you more than their weight in gold.

Is it fools gold?

I have heard good things about Sherwood Forest and Colonial Acres as areas that are difficult to get an accepted offer in, but a gold mine if you can get in?

Plenty of sun, the gold rush, and extraordinary past opportunities to invest in real estate.

I could probably ask you 10 questions about the NC contract that are VITAL to know, but neither you or I know the answers to, and aren't readily seen on the contract?   

It is vital for me to learn all things I need to do deals and make profits successfully and keep growing 

It will be easier to lose all that money than it is to make it.Just because you are successful doing flips and you have bought some rentals and built some houses doesn't mean that everything you touch turns to gold.

I just took the 3 day class where at the end offered the Gold and Platinum packages being $28k-$38k depending on which one I felt made more sense and I’m really struggling with the amount but am also clueless on where to start with investing and can see the benefit of a “mentor” and access to systems.Thank you for any advice or feedback
