"Value" is really only determined by what any given person would pay for any given object or service.

With so much out of my direct control, and almost every purchase and sale have had unique little glitches that had to be dealt with, I don't think that nervous feeling will ever go away.

Malcolm's objective is to get them out of foreclosure and make them income generating properties.

Personally, I have done this where people in the adjacent areas were really ticked off that the new project would have homes nicer than what they were living in, so the objects were out of jelously and contempt.Low/Mod housing, IMO, has no effect on adjacent property values.

While it hasn't been an easy ride, I believe our unique philosophy on the real estate investing business has helped to create an incredible environment where users can safely learn, network, gain exposure, and do deals.

While the military offers unique motivational opportunities not available to civilian motivational speakers, you can use greed and ego as many of the gurus do....lol.I think telling others how you did something to raise yourself up is great, selling techniques or strategies becomes very difficult, especially crossing state lines, as the degree of expertise required can be daunting.

There are some very unique and creative ideas (Rob K. , the quote about it costing 5x more to find a new tenant really hit home for me too.
