I sold it after about 20 years because I was tired of how the building was managed, there were massive (multimillion $) renos/repairs they were talking about, and the value of the condo had almost tripled.

I had a tired landlord I recently bought a building from convert an unused space to a terrible studio apartment.

Most agents aren't working with buyer's who are so committed to buying that they have paid money up front, many of their hours are spent combing through all of the tire kicker's endless questions so most agents working with investors aren't closing sales at the rate I am.

@Will Parks we recently started doing private/hard money loans after getting tired of tenant problems.

LOTS of tired landlords out there that just want mailbox money. 

Was just cleaned up and painted after the owner got tired of Tenants.

I also have some nice auto messages I use to do the initial "screen" to save my time from the tire kickers and the "is it still available" annoyers.

Look for tired landlords and make an offer with owner financing. 

I guess I kind of feel like rest is for the weary and I'm not tired yet.  

Also until you have started doing deals you wont be able to identify the people on that buyers list who are tire kickers and time wasters.
