Grounds maintenance: How much money, should you commit to grounds maintenance, landscaping, trees, bushes, plants, flowers, etc?

And they will recommend things they see that doesn’t necessarily have to be done, ie tree branches over hangs house , etc

(this deal wouldn't be my cup of tea, but others might find it appealing)

The biggest of repairs for a tree removal at $2k. 

I’m looking at like 4K (low bid) to cut down a tree in the backyard that just needs to go, but coordinating anything with the city seems to take forever.

Once you get to Bend, there aren't as many trees, that's why I love the area of Sunriver.

Maybe there was a problem with these bushes and the tree and they dealt with it. 

Have it assessed and fixed/replaced- Trim Tree Limbs---- Some tree limbs are touching the roof---- Some tree limbs are hanging and seem dangerous- Paint eves of house where paint is peeling- Clean gutters- Fix poorly attached handrail- Fix/replace windows to be functional and not have a hole through it- Have structural engineer come out an assess the structures---- The floors are unlevel in the duplex and is slightly concerning. ---- House inspector believes house has settled over the last 60 years, but would like to see a professional give an assessment Thanks,Nicholas 

I have a big tree in my rental property and its root start causing some issues.
