I have learned that insurance companies really don't like this setup and I have been charged like $1,500 bucks a year in insurance for each property which is a lot considering I purchased the properties for $50K and $80K, but they way that they are acting I wouldn't be surprised if they end up not wanting to insure them at all.

Viz, we handle lawn care and snow removal at all our student and senior rental units as the former cannot be relied upon to get the job done and the latter is willing to pay a little more for the convenience of not having to mow or shovel.

Your loan letter should include their average closing time and the maximum amount you qualified for.Another thing you should do before starting making offers is to have a new office location that is convenient and has a minimal distraction that will disturb your working.
