Big part of why it isnt renting is people dont have any money .

Than we have accounting, do you know I spend more on accounting per month than most people spend per year?

Flips can be good money as well but I would avoid unless you have a very experienced partner in it. 

I need advice on the best allocation of my money and how to achieve this.
