I have come to realize that compared to where BP was say 3 years ago, we are sliding in the quality of informative posts.It's rather difficult to say, but this new wave of newbies bouncing in speaking authoritatively as if they know something is getting harder to keep up with, then include the sharks looking for prey, the wanabe gurus, and those that don't understand Chapter One of the Principles of Real Estate and we have a real mess!  

I designed and built an Ikea kitchen with a double layer of upper cabinets, 30” uppers with glass doors and 15” upper uppers on top of them, an island and all built in appliances.

Every one I've attended they have slides that clearly show what the basic membership provides.

Even if the door is sliding its a problem because you need to walk through so you can't use shelving there. 

Glass can be easily smashed (plexiglass is strong but too expensive) but there could be a steel grid framework with glass panels.

If he's thirsty, well he'll just wait a couple of hours until he gets home and drink a glass of water.

Another home has foundation sliding and unstable so bad that it crushed the venting system and pulled the AC off foundation.
