I'd never want to have to deal with getting your signature on my check and fighting with you over who gets what.I don't care if your insurance company fights with my insurance company over who gets what between them.

I used certified mail to send a 60 days lease termination notice to tenant, the mail should arrive one week ago, but today when I check status online, it still shows in transit, so I called the post office to ask why, and get answer that the certified mail needs signature from the receiver, and when there is no person at home, mailman just leaves a notice at the door and ask them to pick up letter in post office.

I had them over to discuss it and the situation is that his ex-wife wife was a little bit of a con artist and forged his signature - he's fighting it and I saw the legal proceedings that are happening, including her history of forgery.
