You need to see clearly the warning signs, the roadblocks and the signs that will tell you to stop because the bridge is out.

Also the cryto world and the impact it will have on Agents and brokers, which its my understanding it will be more peer to peer transactions..

I always want to provide my clients with detailed explanations of options when buying or selling so they (with my guidance) can make informed decisions that will be the best option for the results they are seeking.I have never done a RE transaction with seller financing.

I know January 2019 is here and it’s going to be a hard task but I thought my lease was up in March which still isn’t a lot of time but they missed up my lease when I signed so it’s January.I would like to thank anyone who response to this post.

However, there is junk everywhere and she told us she would meet with us to give us the keys a few times and sign move-out paperwork but she has not shown up.

I don't think there is a going rate especially in this type of transaction.
