Hi BP,As I move forward with my real estate career and look to take it to the next level I have been in search of a mastermind group or group of like minded individuals to help push and motivate each other.

All to often many companies struggle with how to “implement” and train staff and don’t have the resources or tools to manage the amount of properties in their portfolio and maintain the level of service needed/expected. 

I have been learning and searching for almost a year now and finally found what I believe to be a good deal.

I want to work somewhere that I can learn tools that are valuable in this field while bringing in a decent income.Would anyone have any suggestions?

I searched “discipline” to see what comes up for some healthy reading, and came across your post.

It's more rentals are for people to live in temporarily while they build or search for their house to buy. 

All things equal, I use Airbnb as a tool to find roommates for my house because the returns are higher than renting the whole house to someone. ($4100 vs 2500).
