They are all "scams", and I put scams in quotes cause they do give you information, just very vague information, unless you buy their course for anywhere from $97.00 - $50,000 depending which Guru real estate shaman you happen to be listening to.  

Health Insurance in America is a scam.

Sounds like a scam to get the new owner to honor the lease.

Is that another scam perpetrated by the mafioso contracting industry?

That's a scam operation.

The price of that system, and the way its presented on the webpage, reminds me of far too many of the scam webpages that I've come across over the years.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Everyone hates the Gurus, and everyone is angry at them because they scam and trick you into buying their products.

Plenty of these turnkey providers are scamming out of state investors who are buying inventory in worse than advertised neighborhoods, with terrible rehabs, site unseen.  

Conversely, there are a lot of scam artists with little to no knowledge and/or experience which gives the industry a bad reputation.
