This was inherited and the family wants out of it.My thoughts: it seems like someone was looking to put a mobile home park on the 10 acres and sell off the other roadside plots as home lots, since zoning is in place. 

Currently I own several duplexes and have dealt mostly in smaller multifamily.I want my future investing to focus on larger apartment buildings and mobile home parks.

I found this one right before it hit the MLS via an agent and was able to get it under contract, its located in the GATE area right by SLU hospital, North of 44 and south of 40, very close to Terry Park.

I had a mobile home park come up for sale recently in my area, and would really appreciate some advice as I evaluate.
