If you get them when they are older, you have no idea how they were trained, or what they were trained for.Fear of PB's is a very legitimate response based on the breeds history.By the way.

I don't have any advice for you except an assistant sounds like a great idea if you can afford one, although during the hiring/on-boarding/training stage they'll probably take more time than they'll save.

You buy a new building, all excited to find nice tenants..but one tenant has a program paying for her rent called "tra" in nj, I send in to them the change of ownership documents, I call them they say it takes 3p day to process papers they can't answer, month past, already second payment due.....What could you do?

I actually think I saw this house but I didn't go downstairs (it was a training event) but if it's the same house the neighbor across the street came up to conversate and told me he fixed up his and I believe he told me he was listing for $240k or $250k.
