Does anyone know of a wood window manufacturer that has economical prices?

Just looking for some tips on how to go about finding reputable builders and whether I should act as the general contractor or have the job be taken on by someone else.

did see a lot of drug deals with dudes on bicycles near a warehouse in the middle of plainview was located - When I was in college an employer I worked for rented warehouse space at the empty shopping center in the middle of the community - sure it was a hopping place around WWii at the height of the manufacturing heyday.  

The roommate won the case on the premise of a manufacturer's posted 7 year lifespan against a rental lease that spanned across 10 years.

That is called "retrading" in the multifamily space and you definitely don't want that reputation.  

It's inexpensive but it will take time for you to build your reputation and business. 

When you say MH dealers, are they manufactured home dealer like new/used car dealer ? 

Insurance contractors take it on the nose quite often and you have to make it up where you can; reputable contractors need to make money as well.
