I started 401K with one sole purpose, not throw away that money in taxes, so I am always against the idea of taking a penalty hit.

One town we are in, we are waiting for some land next to us to be offered for sale to us by the contractor who I have talked with, they don't need it all for their purposes. 

This was my thinking at the time:I would only use the loan for investment purposes.

If they are a high earner, seller financing can be a way to spread out capital gains for tax purposes.

Does anyone have any experience reclassifying a legal vacation rental from residential to resort for property tax purposes?

If I invest there I plan on having a car for commuting purposes.

But we purposely work markets that are not as saturated.

I'm using Lending Home for this purpose.
