Generally, property held for the production of rents or royalties is considered to be used in a trade or business. 

If the FED messes up and taps the brakes too soon, the economy will slow and it will hurt.

Travis,if possible try to do both now, I said the same thing about some bills I had. .... and all it did was slow me down from making the commitment to myself to do this

We have excellent property management in place and offer a solid product.  

It is doing nothing right now and for some reason I feel like its not productive to just have it in my pocket.
