I would have a thorough mold and air quality test done.

The property is in Florida and it is about 6ft in the air.

Because they pull heat energy from the outside air most basic heat pumps are able to generate heat with an outside air temperature range anywhere from 25-45 degrees.

I've got several properties under my belt now and recently transitioned from my career in Finance in the Air Force to a full-time real estate investor and agent in SoCal and the FL Panhandle.

I am looking into other renting options for this property such as air bnb or renting travel nurses and other corporate personnel. 

If I were wanting to keep the tenant though I’d want a ghost and rent it as a haunted air b&b.  

There is also an area across the river on the Illinois side, which has an Air Force Base and is within 20 miles of St Louis.

@Charity Johns - Barksdale Air force base is near there, in Bossier.

I have been in a couple that have been done and the air quality is pretty significantly better.
