There's substantial demand for single rooms for rent so it's easy to be selective in your choice of tenants.

But that is an individual choice.

Virtual showings are much more popular these days. 

If I was younger and single house hack would definitely be the choice.

Can be shorter or longer your choice.

I don't think you will regret your choice.
