I like the idea of having a checklist with you while doing a walkthrough as it is very easy to get carried away and miss things that could be obvious.here's another idea: bring a friend/partner, 2 is better than 1 in my opinion.

Be straight forward and honest and let them know you are doing research on what to expect and ask their advice on pitfalls to avoid getting started.Any other time spent worrying about market share is wasted energy in my opinion.

All GREAT advice...I will add one HUGE on (just my opinion)...Strategies like wholesaling is a "strategy".. nothing more nothing less.If you're looking to base your business on just "strategies" then you're going to have a ruff ride....If you're looking to wholesale as a business... then look at wholesaling as a business.
