@Patrick Pierre I haven't really dived too deep into looking for a partner, but it's definitely worth considering.

Once decided, be fully committed and dive completely in.

My goal is to become debt free and enjoy that sweet, sweet cash flow and easy sleeping at night from knowing I don't owe the bank/lender anything.

I have recently started a very informal virtual RE meetup on Wednesday nights.

The nightly rates on the lake are quite varied with an average of about $350 a night and many of the cottages are 4+ bedrooms.There are some neat places for sale on the VT side of the lake.

As they spend more time in their local residential areas, there will be more localized demand around their residences than there was previously was if they were commuting to work every day, spending a night out on the town, and only coming back to their house/apartment to sleep.   

I know tons of investors that would dive at an opportunity like this. 

I wanted to get some opinions on how long to educate myself in the market and what are the best ways (especially now during financial distancing) to get involved in my market and start learning some of the ins and outs of investing besides books, podcasts etc which I am already diving into.
