Hi all!

My name is Angela, and my fiance and I are currently working on flipping our first house - the one I grew up in. I've also recently jumped careers to work as a real estate agent to fully immerse myself in real estate. We're both very excited about this new venture and are both just looking to learn as much as possible, so any tips would be great! I just recently heard about Bigger Pockets from a couple of my colleagues and have been listening to the podcasts daily.
