Now I definitely want to alert them as im not too pleased at them just hanging up hardi siding for that section; not to mention the surfaces being uneven.

In our market in southern California the price-to-rent ratio doesn't make sense financially, so you have to get creative because the low-hanging fruit has been picked.

Its a little confusing, I know.Anyway, you can borrow the money from them and give them a note and security deed, which they can record at a later date or just hang on to it. 

I might hang a little sign on the front when you park it at appointment saying now accepting bids to repair this damage or maybe just OUCH!!!!.
