@John Britt  large parcels generally are not real development parcels because of zoning and if they are big developers have them on the radar.so its usually hunters or someone who has made good money just wants some big ranch type property, I started my career selling ranch land in N.

I recommend you ck out the local rei group they meet April 16th at 930 am.. at the protech bldg on the corner of elmer n sherman,  1 block from ft.wayne zoo...

So close to Tampa and Lakeland, Lakeland is one of the best towns for corporations and many have open up warehouses n county line rd which is a central point.
