New Houston Investor looking for Rental Properties

Hello Bigger Pocket family,

My name is Wayne. I'm an engineer by day and trying to get to the world of real estate investing. I have been looking for a investment property in Houston area to purchase for the last several months but so far no success. My question is where do you look for decent cash-flow rental properties in Houston? And is it a good idea to buy a rental with existing tenant?

We are open to all markets surrounding Houston

There are some amazing deals here in Houston, I have investors all over the country and other parts of the world come and ask us to help them. Because we manage the properties on the back end its in our best interest to make sure they buy something that has a good business model wrapped around it... either cashflow or appreciation or whatever the goals of the investor are and I have my agents help find them the deals that fit their criteria in areas that we know and manage and keep you away from bad areas that we know as well

I was recently asked to go speak to several investor groups in Brisbane and Aukland because they really like the numbers.

If you would like to get my thoughts I would be happy to help you as a fellow investor.
