Is this for mobile homes only?

@Jefferson LillyEver since I listened to your podcast, I have not been able to get the idea of investing in mobile homes off of my mind.What would you recommend for the first step as a new investor looking to engage in this niche?  

Well Zillow bought Rent Juice and they are now gone and Zillow is shutting down the platform on May 2015.

Ive had a ton of mobile home tenants and they are some of the worst when it comes to rent-on-time.

Credit cards at 20%, banks generally not lending on unsecured consumer sector, a decent space exists for companies that broker online loans in that space.This lending platform just needs to work on develpoing credibility and stability.

Looking into wholesaling mobile homes and have a few questions1.

Is there a platform you are striving to reach—an all-encompassing exit strategy for doing the work you love—or will you continue investing in perpetuity?

I know I want to start out investing my self directed IRA in Mobile Homes (i.e. the Lonnie Deals), and at first it looked like I wasn't going to be able to do it because of SAFE act in Indiana (That's where I want to do this investing).
