3. once you are high bidder on a property is there a certain time limit that you have to have the loan approved for or do you have to be approved before you go ?

In my limited research I have found that investing outside of California is one of the few ways to find properties that are positive in cash flow.

I have a limited amount of time that I can spend on any forum.

I have read that condo assoc. limit the number of rentals due to mortgage clauses that kick in once a cetain percentage of units become rentals.

I have very limited income, but loads of time to invest in building my Realestate buissness.

This is limited information and meant for general reference purposes.

While I understand the basics of the Tax sales, I still shy away from them simply because of the limited number of options the investor has after buying at the auction.

Some books I would recommend are here (including, but not limited to):"From Pieces to Weight" by Curtis Jackson A.K.A. 50 Cent.I have read numerous books on investing, money, asset protection, stocks, and business and I must say, this is a great read for the business-minded person. 50 is a great business man and it showed early on in his life.....and it obviously shows now.

Another thing, weekends are off limits to these agents as well.

Why limit ourselves to just one country – as good as it is – when we have the whole world stretches out in front of us!!!
