I don't know how to go about finding those that are out there, I've seen plenty of the larger meet ups or virtual networking groups but its usually 15+ people.

Whether you are wanting to wholesale, flip or acquire rentals, there are plenty of people here willing to help and advise.

Most of my investments are in the SFV as that is the location I am most familiar with and there have been plenty of great opportunities there over the years.

However, do keep in mind that, like any forum, there is plenty of misinformation & opinion so do take what you read with a grain of salt and fact check anything before acting on it!

I am sure I could figure it out but I don't really want to invest too much time in it as there are plenty of other things going on, as well I don't want to make a mistake starting out.Any recommendations?
