As most of the people we interviewed there, you should know that the most common tip they offer is to just "jump in."

I probably have to make a career decision Tuesday as I'm going to interviewed over the phone for a position in Miramar (NBC Universal Media) and I will continue to operate on a modest income <80,000 income.        

I found several that seem on the up-and-up and chose the one I did because I was able to interview a current client of theirs who agrees, for the last 3 years they have delivered as advertised.What kind of property do I invest in?

Interview them!
