Thats funny that you hit on those numbers 38 and the goal is to 45.I bought my first intentional rental at age 38.

Like the online version, the goals and intentions of this meetup will be to share ideas, build relationships, network, and help others.

My upfront intent is for a home, and not an investment.

However, if 4/15 exchange end date helps you then don't file the extension and your exchange will terminate then.Your QI does not want to inconvenience you but you have to give them some cover so they can never be seen as complicit in the act of setting up an exchange with no intent to complete.  

They're  a young wonderful military family and although they've only signed for one year, their intention is the next 3 unless a transfer happens.
