There are no dangerous breeds over that weight that I'm aware of, and a small dog is not going to do as much damage as one that is 50+ lbs.I've had sooooo many applicants tell me they don't know the breed of their dog but that they are more than happy to have ME pay for genetic testing to find out....So I have adopted the above policy to MINIMIZE my interaction with idiots.

So I started studying and this week I passed my CA real estate salesperson test.  

If you have a ton of units you can do tests etc but the rental demand changes from month to month in almost every market.

I have both products in my personal house and a 130 pound dog that runs around like a puppy so have a fairly good test subject.
