If you can swing something with parking in a congested area do it, parking rates are going up and require very, very little upkeep.

If you can swing the 5% down and not go FHA you're better off, the PMI with FHA is for life now. 

Step up to the plate, take your swings, take the risks, and watch what happens.  

My dad used to say, borrow at 3, lend at 6, on the golf course by 3.  

I live on a golf course, 100 yards from a lake, 200 yards from a communtiy park with a boat ramp, and there are 9 other golf courses within 15 miles.I almost NEVER lock the doors in my house.

I just have to comment on this.. one of my neighbors and golf buddies came to CA as a Barber and no English.. then worked in the Vineyards then learned English..

If you were on the fence in the lenders eyes, this could easily swing you one way or the other.

If you can swing it I would go that route.

Seems amazing with multiple golf courses, private lake, castle, etc.

Unfortunately, the property was pulled but y'all do have some nice golf courses as I had already purchased a flight :)Please let me know if you have any off market properties in the downtown area
