Question on Public Trustee Sale in Colorado

I will be attending my first Trustee sale in Mesa County this week.  Although I have purchased hundred and hundreds of properties, this will be my first foray into Colorado.  Any suggestions or tips other than the obvious title search ?  Do y'all bring cashir's checks made payable to yourself ?

@Greg H. they give you about 2 hours after the sale to pay. I believe they want the check made to Mesa County Public Trustee - the website should say. If you have a "large" bank affiliation then you can go to the local branch (like Wells Fargo) and get your funds if you are the successful bidder (verify that we have a branch). Please know that it takes about another 8-10 days before you actually own the property. Good luck!
