Many on BP talk about 100k duplexes in Ohio or KC or FL but that is just not a model I prefer to explore at this time, despite "getting a lot more for your money" in theory.

Long story short, I now know what I DON'T want to sell and what I want to explore in real estate.

Exploring adding indoor air quality sensors and whole home Filtration systems for Water and Air as some tenants have already asked.

Looking forward to exploring other financing options for the next deal.
