Is it practical or even logical that one attorney serves multiple functions or is the norm one attorney for one specialty ie.. closing attorney, business structure, land-lording, etc.

everyone is newbies including myself, we assigned everyone a positions/role in order to function such as market analysis, accounting ect. i had suggested that we take some time to just learn the business, and educate ourselves before we even try to start making deals ect. we definitely have negotiate the divorce if it happens, that sometimes that has not been clearly defined yet. 

Naturally, I want to use what will allow all essential programs to function optimally.

What I would suggest is to use the search function on the forum as I have seen a number of posts over the years in regards to what investors want in a property manager.

It has but one function.. search.
