I will warn you that I've had a complaint or 2 about my area from people who were not used to an urban environment.  

Or if this bubble busts hard then its a prime environment for us to jump back in.

This is a great environment.

It is definitely a less fished pool.

My plan is to make it a "funky fish house" , shabby chic in a upscale, yet not expensive sort of way.

Something to review since this is a business environment is what type of business are the tenants participating.
