Overall, by the end of the 5 years (2023), It's feasible to own (starting with the 2020 purchase) 6 new properties. 

I have been looking to get into some sort of real estate investing for some time, and I'm now at a point where I believe it's feasible to pursue some options. 

I am currently overseas in Japan so meeting in person is not feasible however I am willing to jump on a zoom meeting, FaceTime or whatever social media platform you have to talk and discuss making deals together.
