Virtual Assistant for Property Manager

Hello all! I own a small multi-family. I currently pay a property manager that uses Buildium. The property manager barely corresponds with my tenants, so I want to explore the feasibility of using a virtual assistant firm to manage my Buildium account and respond to tenant emails/calls. 

Has anyone used virtual assistants in this capacity?
