If you are reading this, get out there and talk to your neighbors, go to some of the open houses, and help combat the fear mongering machine.

I’m sort of nervous, but I’m not going to allow fear to hold me back.

My worst fear about it is it leaks a little and I get calls about it.

Believe no tenant and fear no tenant !

Health care is my fear but maybe it always will.

We had to take a little while to save up some money where we were then able to start putting in offers in January 2019 - Woo wee was that scary for us as a first time buyers (but our excitement definitely outweighed the fear)!

I talked to her about my fear that her husband would cause problems and she assured me it would be fine.Fast forward to now, she has not paid the rent.

A little fear was holding me back but now only good things from now on.

But also, I'm too risk adverse when it comes to what the government can do to me (and government risk is my main fear).  

This idea gave me a comfort level instead of fearing the cycles in the market !
