If you are not sure what a sub-to is you should use the search on the site and search "sub-to".

Having said that...I'm sure there are 20 people on this site that would love to sell you their latest course on sandwich LO's....I'm not a big fan of sandwich LO's...mainly because I can't freakin spell sandwich...God bless spell check.....

I would check for everything like the fees you will be responsible and what freebies they give you...also find out how much freedom you have to market yourself - some brokers won't allow you to have a personal site without too many rules to make it useful for example...also check how many agents you will be in direct competition with, what training they provide...all those things make a big difference!

like everyone i prefer free software, if anyone has suggestions please let me know, i'm not opposed to purchasing either.if any of you have in house or something you bought and want to give to me i'll be happy to add link on my site under the proforma telling people it came from your company so will give you leads perhaps.
