Things worked out so well in the Boston purchase, I decided to buy another house in Boston (also in Jamaica Plain) last year with my dad as my eyes and ears on the ground.  

That being said, I can appreciate your concern and want everything to work in your favor without an obvious turnoff.This is a good argument for both testing as well as collecting competitive mail pieces for examination and critique.

But to me honest I think agents and lenders and property managers with their ear to the ground and an open mind are in the perfect position to strike when the deal presents itself.
