The case manager stated i will not get October rent as they cant justify paying for someone who doesn't live in the unit.Do i have to follow abandonment procedure or since he told his case manage he skipped, can I just clean out and move on?

In Florida, of course, you have that extremely lengthy judicial foreclosure procedure that can be tied up by a borrower for a couple of years.

If a person wants to leave or a person wants to join into the rental agreement, we have a procedure for making that happen.
