Comment on a post of theirs here and there throughout 2 weeks then message them directly , mention the good things you seem them doing , admiration and that you'd like shawdow them or pick their brain a bit with a perk of buying them lunch or something.

I guess I just wanted to pick your brains and your experiences in this field. where do I start? 

Hey @John McKee, they do not, but don't listen to @Luke Carl, he must have had a brain fart.

Listing agents don't even have to turn their brains on in order to start drumming up mythical bidding wars; if they are talking about multiple offers then go ahead and assume that they are saying the exact same thing regardless of what is going on in reality. 

So I tried this once before and it appears I violated BP rules for self promotion of some sort......Anyway here we go again......My team and I have spent the last 2 years building the Driving For Dollars App and it really is a great new App technology. it removes all the brain numbing work that is associated with creating a custom DFD lists, so that you can create the list and begin marketing to it right away. 

If you are able to cash out refinance with some certainty of cash flowing 200/month, then it’s a no brained in my opinion.

I do not understand why bold is not turning off but when I push the button and turn it off, it turns right back on as soon as I type again :p  Anyone who sells aggressively will sound like a guru at times because they have the same sales mentality many gurus do.Every show, no matter how small of an information biscuit my brain gets, is a life changer for me.

I'd like to pick your brain some more about the details of how all this works.

A person with half a brain,good credit,employment etc. basically the kind of person you'd want for a tenant, I can't see why  that person would pay $1200 a month  rent for a house that they could buy $80,000.( I'm just using those numbers as an example of an area that in my opinion wouldn't  make sense to rent)just my 2 cents-
