We joined the nations largest real estate agency - Keller Williams - (Just across the SC border in Fort Mill) - so there is a lot of tech and data behind everything the company offers and what we do.

I’m right on the border of Western, MA (Springfield) as well. 

We have 2 agents involved in this current purchase so not expecting any change there but wondering if there may be a boundary being crossed if I reach out directly while we are still in this negotiation/due diligence phase.

All the while, finding a great team to look after the property and bigger renovations that we needed done, as we could only go down for 3 days a week.And then, a month later, everything was shut down - including the borders - and the Canadian Dollar tanked to 1.46 of the USD.

There're several ways: some banks can do cross-collateralization between assets so you don't have to sell the other assets.
