Looking to connect in CT/Western MA

Hey everyone. My names Matt. I live in Northern Hartford County, CT. I’m right on the border of Western, MA (Springfield) as well. 

With COVID keeping networking events to a minimum, I'm finding it hard to meet other investors, agents, brokers in person. I'm actively looking for properties with cash in hand.Would anyone want to create a local group to get together, even via Zoom, to talk about the local market, deal breakdowns, possible JV opportunities, etc. I'm also going to be getting my real estate salespersons license in 1Q21, with a focus on working with investors, so let's connect!

Hey @Matt Haddock, @Ivan Dushchenko, @Glen Z. - I'm in Windsor Locks. Happy to talk shop any time. There's a bigger pockets meetup group in Manchester, CT that meets monthly. Currently being done through Zoom, last I checked.

There's also events north of the CT border that I believe are pay per attendance, but also being done online. May be worth searching around here, I see them listed from time to time.
