Do you guys know when can I find a list of general prices for construction or rehabs.

Construction costs are spiking, making it impossible to replace product that rents for $800 - $1200, which happens to be the range most can afford.

To be honest, I'm looking for the story of "Joe Shmo" the construction worker, making $50k a year starting with less than that, and building up capital with SFR and after years of hard work and patience was able to purchase his first multi-family property.

When you find a better brand they don’t sell at the big box often times you get all brass construction with commercial grade parts meant to last 20-30 years for real.

I know a few firefighters & police officers who retired around that age then learned construction went and started their own companies.  

The only thing I can offer would be my time, I can help if your doing a rehab (moving things, construction, maintaining, etc.)
