Many of us don't have time to deal with bad PM's, but it's a reality of the business, and ultimately a good investment will outweigh the bad PM (as long as it's identified an corrected/replaced early) in terms of long term gain/profit.But that's coming from someone who is by no means an expert....

I have no experience expert one time I was invested for myself.  

If you qualify the beauty is that you can earn and learn as a limited partner participating with experts that do this for a living.

Yeah,there are times that we gonna have also downfall but it's just a trial and to gain more experience for a next project to come you will be in expert.

@Brandon Proctor  I'm no expert on rentals, there are plenty of those around here, but I would think that you can find what your looking for here if you wanted.  

No one is going out and buying houses off him saying it's looking up and he readily says all he was referencing were Sharon's posts and isn't an expert on the space.
