He paints the unit every 12-18 months, ceilings, walls, trims etc.

Mastering little crap like hanging blinds, ceiling /exhaust fans, light fixtures, switches and receptacles, closet doors, doors, screens, screen doors, patio doors, lockset changing and unsticking, smoke alarms, appliances, paint, trim, wall repair, cleaning, etc are the most common needs. 

There's a ton of opportunities across almost every industry and a very high ceiling.

In the photos of your Subject, a few of the acoustic ceilings look suspect, wavy, lines, etc.

I partially don't want to test the popcorn ceilings to see if it was made with asbestos.

Bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights and walk-in closets.
