However, before adding the address to the system, they checked with USPS to verify, and came back denying my request saying the same explanation as what USPS said above.No one at USPS or the City has been able to provide me with any ordinances, laws, USPS Handbook rules, etc. as their basis for enforcing this decision.

After I interview them it will be decided who will go to the next step which is having them do thier background and credit check.

On old paper applications the written permission applicants signed giving was usually to pull credit and background checks I think but with the Zillow process that is all taken care of before the application is submitted and you get those reports.
